So why SERVPRO you ask?  Well, let me first explain what exactly our team does both here at the office and on the job.

Here’s a little bit about what to expect from SERVPRO

  • When we receive a call about a loss (water, fire, mold, etc…), our dispatcher answers the phone then takes the information of the client, the loss and other required data needed from the client themselves or the insurance agent (whoever calls in first).
  • From there, the job is added to our work schedule by our dispatcher. The first appointment is usually for an estimate or possibly work to be done depending on the job.  Air duct cleaning can be estimated over the phone while other damages have to be seen in person.
  • Our billing specialists then get ahold of the client’s insurance agency and make all arrangements for estimates and payments. During the duration of the job, our billing specialists keep insurance adjusters up to date on every aspect of the job.  This includes inputting documents, notes and information to the system so that absolutely everything done is documented by procedure to insure both adjuster and customer satisfaction.
  • Either the General, Project, or Operations Manager will come to take the estimate of the job. This involves evaluating the cause of loss, calculating the loss damage, and taking measurements, photos and drawings of the dwelling.
  • After the first visit for job estimation, the Manager comes back to the office, inputs the information taken from site and an estimate is generated then emailed to the client by the following business day.
  • Once the estimate is approved from the insurance company, our dispatcher will schedule the work to be done and insurance will issue a check to be mailed to cover job expenses. (A deduction may be added depending upon the insurance company.)
  • After insurance approval, a SERVPRO Crew Chief and technicians will come to the site, perform all necessary work needed, and leave equipment if necessary (such as drying devices).
  • The client is kept up to date on all progress during the job via the project manager.
  • Upon job completion, the client will get a call from the SERVPRO marketing team to verify that the job was done to the client’s expectations and make sure the client is overall happy with the work performed by SERVPRO of Fredericksburg.
  • SERVPRO’s average time on site is from 3 to 5 days for water and fire loss.  Within this time, everything mentioned above is taken care of.

So Why SERVPRO you ask?  SERVPRO of Fredericksburg understands the value of time.  We have an amazing group of people here on our team.  We are prompt to respond to all losses.  No matter the size of your loss, we are here for you, 24/7 with a team ready for anything and everything!
