Residential Carpet Cleaning

This residential carpet cleaning was done by our staff here at SERVPRO of Fredericksburg.  The homeowner reached out to us to have their carpets cleaned due to stains throughout the carpet. As shown in the before picture this carpet was stained with soda and pet urine. Due to the heavy amount of stains we used a dual process to clean the carpets. Dual process carpet cleaning consists of shampooing the carpets and then using hot water extraction to remove soiling and contaminates. Using a dual process for this stained carpet ensured the best results for our customer. In the after picture you will notice that the stains were removed.
